The hotel felt like a dark, run-down cave with tiny, dated, and dirty rooms, though the staff tried to be nice. The location required long bus rides to reach the center and offered little for pedestrians. The poor dining options left much to be desired.

The service was great; the staff were very friendly, gave me a map, showed me where the bus stop is, and even went to the hotel restaurant to look for me when the taxi driver arrived. However, they seemed lazy when it came to restoring the broken wifi connection in the room, suggesting a room change instead.

The location was very poor, with no places to escape to on foot for a coffee or a drink before going back to sleep. Though there was a bus stop nearby, the main roads surrounding the area made it difficult to walk anywhere.
